- All round clerical foundation
- Working within a busy finance department, reporting to the Financial Manager
- Purchase invoice processing
- Handling supplier queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Organising BACS payments
- Weekly and monthly accounts reconciliations
- Petty Cash management - employee incentives and authorising expense claims
- Responsibility for review of general ledger accounts
- Creation and posting of accrual schedules at each respective year end
