CANDIDATE REF: 13311 SALARY REQUIRED: £40 - 45,000 LOCATION: S CHESHIRE QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified CIMA & HNC Business and Finance COMPUTER EXPERIENCE: Technical Medax System, CODA Lite, BBM, Bankline and HOBBS Banking systems, SAP, Spreadsheets - Lotus for windows, Excel, 123, Sage Accounting System (Line 100), (Line 50), (MMS), Databases - Approach, database, Lotus Notes, Lotus Database, Word-processing - WordPerfect, Word, AS400 General Ledger System EXPERIENCE: Available at short notice for both interim and permanent work Good mixture of sector expertise service, retail, financial services and manufacturing. Excellent man management experience, controlling a finance department of up to 25 with 3 direct reports. Emphasis on company streamlining to improve processes, systems and controls as well as providing financial support to the management team. Preparation and presentation of quarterly reforecast schedules based on current company performance. Preparation and presentation of annual budgets including provision of rolling forecast against actual. Preparation of reports and analysis for presentation of financial information to MDs / CFOs. Accounts Payable ensuring processing and payments of invoices to deadlines, authorisation of pricing differences, registration and distribution of invoices, supplier reconciliations, improved AP days from 25 days to 35.
