CANDIDATE REF - 9214 SALARY REQUIRED - c.£35,000 LOCATION - South Staffordshire QUALIFICATIONS - Qualified By Experience COMPUTER EXPERIENCE - Sage MMS & L100 & 50, Sage Payroll, Excel, ACT Databases MS Office EXPERIENCE - £2.4 million turnover manufacturing company (FMCG). Full responsibility for all financial aspects and company secretarial duties for the company, reporting into Managing Director and managing accounts team of three. Preparation of the monthly management accounts for presentation at the monthly board meeting. Accounts pack consisted of profit & loss report, balance sheet, cashflow summary, and board report of results Completion of all year-end statutory reports and liaison with Accountants. Completion of all payroll year-end including P60s and P11Ds. Annual budget preparation, liaison with departmental managers to set budgets and periodic comparison to actual and variance analysis Quarterly VAT Returns and analysis Control of the company banking facility including invoice discounting and bank reconciliations Control of the Nominal Ledger - entering of journals and month end close down Processed monthly payroll, understanding of PAYE and NI. Margin and pricing analysis. Costing of new products. Management of the sales and purchase ledger function Company Secretary with responsibility for presentation and interpretation of financial data at board level along with all other legislative Company Secretarial duties.
